1. Services

Silver and Bloom Studio provides website design services using Squarespace templates only. We do not offer custom-coded websites or development outside the Squarespace platform.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, branding, and designs is the property of Silver and Bloom Studio unless otherwise stated and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Client projects remain the intellectual property of the client once final payment is received, except where Silver and Bloom Studio retains the right to display the work in portfolios or marketing materials.

3. Payments & Fees

All prices, payment schedules, and deliverables are outlined in individual client agreements or proposals. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. A 33% deposit is required to secure your project start date. This deposit is non-refundable, as it covers initial consultation, planning, and set up. You may cancel the project at anytime, but the deposit will be retained. 

Any remaining balance will only be invoiced for work completed beyond the scope covered by the deposit. Full payment is required prior to final website handover and ownership transfer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities 

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate content and assets on time

  • Maintaining their own Squarespace subscriptions, including but not limited to website, domain, booking, Email Campaign, and any other subscriptions required to publish, operate, and maintain the website’s functionality.

  • Reviewing and approving work within agreed timelines

Delays in feedback or content may impact project timelines.

5. Accessibility

Accessibility considerations are incorporated into design and development services in line with WCAG 2.1 AA best-practice guidelines, using automated testing tools and visual review.

Formal accessibility certification, legal compliance audits, and assistive-technology testing fall outside the scope of standard services and may require engagement of a specialist accessibility consultant.

6. Limitation of Liability

Silver and Bloom Studio is not liable for:

  • Website downtime caused by Squarespace or third-party services

  • Loss of data due to client error or platform issues

  • Indirect or consequential damages

7. Third-Party Links

This website may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content or policies of those websites.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if a client violates these terms or engages in abusive, unethical, or illegal behaviour.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of N.S.W, Australia.
